香港壁畫協會（HKMA）旨在促進香港壁畫行業內交流以提升香港壁畫行業質素水平，推廣及教育 SDG 及 ESG 概念，目標為香港壁畫業界提升達至國際水平。
因應配合國家十四五規劃支持香港發展為中外文化藝術交流中心，壁畫市場日益增長，市場上需要大量壁畫藝術家以消化需求，因應此需要。本會廣納百川，資源整合，集結不同專長的藝術家、設計師、壁畫師、塗料供應商、美術用品供應商等，共同發揮友好的互動、互助、互補的良性同行氛圍。歡迎業界、機構及社會人士積極交流，共同推廣藝術到普羅大眾。
姚俊傑 Joe Yiu
會長／創會會董 Chairman/Founding Director
姚俊傑先生是註冊室內設計師及壁畫藝術家，早年畢業於國際著名藝術學院英國創意藝術大學碩士學位，並贏得英國文化協會頒發傑出國際學生獎。姚氏熟悉各種室內物料素材運用，先後獲得四十驕子最具影響力亞洲年輕設計師獎、香港智營設計大賞金獎及評審團大獎、DFA亞洲最具影響力設計獎等等。近年成功將室內設計及壁畫藝術融入為藝術教育當中，設計成體驗式學習帶進課堂，並帶領學生到香港街道、餐廳、學校創作出無數壁畫、地畫及街畫。2019年在大灣區帶領千人創作4萬5千平方尺3D地畫獲頒世界紀錄。2023年創辦香港壁畫協會，致力推動本地藝術。
Mr. Joe Yiu is a registered interior designer and mural artist. He graduated from the renowned international art institution, the University for the Creative Arts in the UK, with a master's degree, and was awarded the Outstanding International Student Award by the British Council. Mr. Yiu is familiar with various interior material applications and has won numerous awards, such as the 40 Under 40 Awards for the Most Influential Young Designers in Asia, the Gold Award and Jury's Award of the Hong Kong Smart Design Awards, and the DFA Asia's Most Influential Design Award. In recent years, he has successfully integrated interior design and mural art into art education, creating experiential learning in the classroom, and leading students to create countless murals, floor paintings, and street paintings in Hong Kong streets, restaurants, and schools. In 2019, he led a team of 1,000 people to create a 45,000 square feet 3D floor painting in the Greater Bay Area, which was awarded a world record. In 2023, he founded the Hong Kong Mural Association, dedicated to promoting local art.
葉競華 William Yip
副會長／創會會董 Vice Chairman/Founding Director
葉競華先生為兆屋有限公司的執行董事，從事貿易及批發生產生意超過二十年。近年專注拓展環保及多功能的油漆建材，將Graphenstone & MagPaint歐州品牌引入香港，致力將減碳節能，環保及美學概念融入家居生活之中，並將優質的產品及服務給予顧客。
Mr. William Yip is the Managing Director of Zilver Limited. William has been engaged in trade and wholesale production business for more than 20 years. In recent years, focusing on the development of eco-friendly and multi-functional paint building materials, he introduced European brands Graphenstone & MagPaint into Hong Kong. He is devoted to promoting energy saving, carbon reduction integrating environmental protection and aesthetic concepts into home-life, and providing customers with high-quality products and services.
莫紫芝 Gigi Morales
常務秘書／創會會董 Executive Secretary/Founding Director
莫紫芝女士曾擔任銀行工作十多年，後於公開大學修讀兒童心理學文憑，一直以來都熱心服務社區，尤其關注特殊教育需要的青少年。莫氏於 2014年與兩位合作夥伴成立菁然社企，並於2015年10月啟動了wePaint項目，培訓自閉症青年進行牆壁彩繪，為他們提供就業機會和在職培訓，亦同時支援他們的家庭及照顧者。
自 2014 年起，莫紫芝亦是豐盛社企學會的執行會員，致力向中學生/大學生推廣社會創業和社會創新。
莫紫芝相信：「每個人都是上帝最寶貴的創造，我們可以通過發掘人的才華，增進社會包容，促進相互尊重和欣賞，共同繪畫一個更美好的世界。」
Ms. Gigi Morales has over 15 years of personal banking experience in an international bank. She stepped down in 2005 to take care of her 2 daughters and family. She then obtained a Diploma in Child Psychology from the Open University of Hong Kong.
Always with a passion to serve the community especially youth with special education needs, she co-founded Natural Direct Co. Ltd – a social enterprise with another 2 partners in 2014 and initiated the wePaint project in Oct 2015 with the social mission to train autistic youth wall-painting, provide job opportunities and on-the-job coaching to them, as well as to give support to their families.
Gigi is also an Executive Member of Fullness Social Enterprises Society Limited since 2014 and helps to promote social entrepreneurship and social innovation to secondary school/university students.
Gigi believes “Everyone is God’s most precious creation. We can paint a better world by unlocking one’s talents, enhancing social inclusion, promoting mutual respect and appreciation”
